No current Hollywood star could "capture the essence" of the late Christopher Wallace, a.k.a. Notorious B.I.G., say producers of an upcoming biopic about the slain rapper. That's why the role of Biggie in the new film Notorious will be filled through an online open casting call. On Aug. 12 at 3 a.m., actors and, well, nonactors began submitting audition videos at biggiecasting.com "I don't want you to just imitate him," advises Voletta Wallace, film producer and Biggie's mom (Sean "Diddy" Combs is another producer). "I want to see his swagger, his style, his energy and smile come through."
